1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of jetlago.com (the "Site"), operated by Jetlago LLC, doing business as Jetlago ("Jetlago," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What This Site Is

The Site is an informational careers site. We use it to describe our company, publish the roles we are hiring for, and let interested people contact us. We do not sell anything through this Site, we do not take orders or payments, and there are no user accounts to register.

3. No Offer of Employment and No Contract

Nothing on this Site is an offer of employment, and nothing on this Site creates a contract of employment or a promise of continued employment. Specifically:

Job descriptions, listed duties, requirements, pay ranges, and benefits are provided for information only. They are not exhaustive, they may change, and they may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Submitting the contact form does not create an application, an employment relationship, or any obligation on either side. It is a request to start a conversation.
Any employment offered by Jetlago is offered at will, meaning either you or Jetlago may end the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, except where prohibited by applicable law. No statement on this Site alters that.
Only a written offer signed by an authorized representative of Jetlago can create an employment relationship, and any such offer controls over anything stated here.

All offers are contingent on motor vehicle record and DOT compliance checks, and on federally required pre-employment screening.

"Amazon" and related marks are the property of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Jetlago operates as an Amazon Freight Partner; references to Amazon on this Site are descriptive of that relationship and do not imply that Amazon endorses or is responsible for this Site or its content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jetlago disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
Warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components
Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, including job listings and pay information

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
